The Btwin Tilt 12 has been made using a Hi-Ten Steel Frame. Traditionally, Steel is considered to be on the heavier side, and at 14.4kgs this bicycle can be considered slightly heavy, for a folding bicycle. The easy lateral-folding system ensures that when folded the bicycle becomes really compact, and occupies just a small amount of space. Additionally,, the bicycle frame comes with a stand that ensures better stability once folded. This bicycle is available in a single sized frame with a height adjustable seat post, making it user-friendly to a wide range of cyclists across varying heights. The geometry of the bicycle ensures a comfortable and relaxed riding position, while the design of the frame allows for easy mounting and dismounting. This bicycle has a Hi-tensile steel, rigid fork, which ensures greater durability.

The Btwin Tilt 12 comes equipped with a 6-Speed Rear Derailleur whose shifting is controlled by grip shifters. Interval and abrupt braking felt stable and controlled. The braking is ideal for city usage as well as longer distance leisure rides. The brake levers are well placed and require two to three fingers to operate.This bicycle comes equipped with a 56mm wide handlebar. The Steel low-rise bars have a rise of 6mm to adjust one's position when on the bike to suit their body and make the bike easier to handle.

The Btwin Tilt 12 comes equipped with 2” x 1.75” Gumwall City tires. The treading on these tires ensures an ideal balance between performance and grip. It is no doubt that the treading will allow for adequate control and grip while riding on wet surfaces. The dimensions of the tire allows for smooth rolling even over bumpy city roads laden with potholes and loose sand. Additionally, the bicycle comes with mudguards, making it perfect for all-weather rides.The stock saddle on the bicycle, felt broad enough to support one's sit bones, while being well-cushioned and comfortable for both short city commutes and longer duration leisure rides.
