From the 2018 range we got the opportunity to check out the Focus Paralane 105 22G and here is what we thought.

A full carbon endurance road bicycle for racing and long distance rides.
Frame - The Focus Paralane is built on a full Carbon frame with endurance geometry for maximum comfort on longer rides. This bicycle weighs 9.3 kilograms without the front and rear fenders.
Fork -The rigid fork on this road bicycle is made in Carbon with a flat aero design and internal brake cable routing.
Drivetrain - The Paralane is equipped with a full Shimano 105 drivetrain with a 2x11-Speed front and rear derailleurs. The integrated paddle shifters operate the Shimano 105 gears.
Braking - A powerful road bicycle requires powerful brakes. Shimano’s 105 RS505 Hydraulic Disc brakes handle the Focus Paralane’s stopping power.
Tires-Contentals Ultra Sport 700 x 28C tires are foldable tires which are grippy and long lasting on flat tarmacs.Other Features - The Prologo Kappa 3 road racing saddle was ergonomically designed. Focus also provides road specific front and rear fenders for the Paralane, which were top notch in quality.
Colours - The bicycle is available in only 2 colour options – Racing Green and Black with Red/White graphics.
Lightweight frame with internal cable routing and an endurance focused geometry
This full carbon frame and fork made sure the overall bicycle’s weight is under 10 kilograms. This lightweight frame along with endurance frame geometry made the bicycle comfortable for long rides. The Shimano Hydraulic Disc brakes and fast rolling foldable 700x32c tires made the bicycle faster and also safer to stop.
