The brand Giant in the Cycling World is primarily known for their extensive range of Bicycles across all different categories. Over the last couple of years the brand has expanded their technical know how into Cycling Accessories. The result has been aesthetic and highly functional accessories for both the bicycle and the rider. We got the opportunity to check out the Giant Axact 13W Wireless Cycle Computer and here is what we thought.

The Giant Axact 13W is a Wireless Cyclecomputer which is packed with 13 different functions which makes tracking your progress on your saddle vey easily. The 13 functions that the Giant have are: Current Speed, Average Speed, Max Speed, Trip Distance, Odometer, Distance per day, Ride Time, Total Ride Time, Speed Pacer, 12/24 hour clock. Auto scan, Calorie Consumption and Total Calorie Consumption. These 13 functions are all that a beginner/amateur cyclist will need to track performance while riding. The Axact 13W from Giant has a One touch button which allows you to switch On/Off the device and switch between screens. It also has a low battery indicator which shows you when you need to change batteries. The battery can be easily changed thanks to the Easy coin-release cap at the back of the device.
The Receiver for the Cycle Computer can be attached to either to your Fork or Seat Stay and the Sensor accordingly on the Front or Rear Tire. The ability to attach the Receiver and Sensor at the back allows you to use this Cyclocomputer during Indoor Training as well.
Design and Compatibility

The Giant Axact 13W has a simple and elegant design. The data is displayed in a simple manner so that you can view your stats while riding as well. The Wireless receiver is sleek and doesn’t look out of place. The Strap on mount given along with the Axact 13W can be mounted on any type of handlebar, making it very versatile.
The Sensor easily attaches to the spoke of your wheel and the Receiver looks very sleek and is not an eye sore on your bicycle. The Receiver transmits data to the Computer via WiFi. The pairing of the Receiver and the Device is very easy and does not take more than a couple of minutes to set up.
