The Hercules Roadeo A250 is made using Alloy. Alloy makes the frame sturdy, durable and lightweight. When it comes to MTBs, being lightweight is a plus point in terms of handling on trails. The rear suspension worked in absorbing shocks felt from harsh road conditions. This bicycle can be used on mild uneven surface trails, when on a recreational ride. It cannot be confused with full suspension required to ride on technical trails. The geometrical top tube design, allows for easy mounting and dismounting on and off the bicycle.

The Hercules Roadeo A250 comes with a Threadless Steel Suspension Fork with a Matte Black Finish. The bicycle comes in a single frame size, which corresponds roughly to 18”.

The Hercules Roadeo A250 has been designed with catchy graphics, but instead of random color streaks all over, the frame has a geometrical two-toned color finish. This enhances the overall aesthetics of the bicycle and goes in line with the look of the frame design. This bicycle is available in two color variants - a grey and white, and a grey and red.

The Hercules Roadeo A250 is a 21-speed MTB and comes equipped with a Shimano TZ-30 front derailleur and a Shimano TZ-31 rear derailleur, whose shifting is controlled by Shimano EF-51 trigger shifters. Given the price point of the bicycle, the gearing components come as no surprise. When on the test ride, the shifting was found to be precise with no lag in shifting. The transmission was evident with every shift, and overall, the gearing on this bicycle was effective and seamless.

The Hercules Roadeo A250 comes equipped with a 160mm rotor disc brake in the front and a V-Brake at the rear, connected to Shimano Easy Fire EF-51 Brake levers. The stoppage power was adequate, and brought the bicycle to a complete stop with little efforts. The braking will work effectively in wet and dry conditions. Wet conditions might require a little extra effort to bring the bicycle to a full stop.

The XMR 600mm handlebar enables an ‘open-chested’ comfortable riding position. Wide handlebars ensure good control over the bicycle, and superior maneuverability in tight or crowded riding conditions.

The Hercules Roadeo A250 comes equipped with 26” x 2.125” nylon MTB tires, that are fit on to Double-Walled XMR alloy rims. The treading on the tires enable the bicycle to tackle harsh riding surfaces without a hassle. The grip offered by the tires, enable the rider to take sharp, close turns safely and with ease.

The soft PU XMR saddle is comfortable, and well equipped to handle commutes and leisure rides.
