Hero Cycles is one of India’s largest manufacturers of Bicycles. Hero has sub brands under them, Hero Sprint, Hero Sprint Pro and Hero Octane. All 3 sub-brands together cover all types of bicycles for various terrains and riders. We got the opportunity to test ride the Hero Sprint Vyrus 26T and here is what we thought.

The Hero Sprint Vyrus 26T is A comfortable to ride and value for money bicycle with an integrated rear carrier and metal mudguards.
Frame - The Hero Sprint Vyrus 26T is built on a strong rigid Steel frame. The frame geometry is comfortable with a slanting top tube and comes in a standard 16” frame size.
Fork - This bicycle has sleek rigid fork made of Steel.
Drivetrain - The Vyrus 26T is equipped with a Single-Speed drivetrain which enables easy pedalling and is also easy to maintain.
Braking - The bicycle is equipped with standard caliper type brakes at the front and rear. These brakes are safe in stopping and the brakes levers were easy to use.
Tires - The Hero Sprint Vyrus 26T rolls on a pair of stock 26” x 1.95” MTB type tires. These tires were treaded well to roll over rough city roads with ease.
Other Features - Cushioned PU saddle, integrated rear carrier, MTB style bar ends and front and rear metal mudguards.
Colours - The bicycle is available in 3 colour options – Black/Green, Red/Black, and Yellow/Black.
An ideal choice for any teenager or adult looking to buy a bicycle for short commutes and leisure rides in the city.
This bicycle has a strong Steel frame with a frame geometry which makes it a comfortable ride.
