Weight: 11kgs
Usage:Leisure/Short Commuting
The Polygon Path road/gravel bike has the required components for a bike that ensures comfort and ease. The drop bars provides three different positions which help to expedite speed and satisfaction. The frame is built for comfort riding. The position of the handlebar and seat are almost on the same level. For my set up, this was perfect, there was no requirement for bike fit.
The Polygon Path has a nifty design. The style is trendy. The nude solid colour of the bike looks very polished and attractive. The frame design is unique and well thought of. Unlike the conventional frame, this design has more room inside the front triangle. The design seems to have some MTB DNA added into it. It gives you the confidence and stability like you are riding an MTB. The geometry of the bike sits perfectly between endurance and mountain bikes. The cable routing on the bike is done exceptionally well. We will be able to see the cables only near the hand bar. It gives it a clean look. This bike also gets a lot of mounting options. Apart from gravel and commuting, this bike can also be used for bike packing.
The SHIMANO TIAGRA gearing system is extremely easy to use. The gear shifters are smooth as silk. This gives the rider enough push to attack and gain speed. The crank length varies for different frame sizes which is good to see. The cassette is very suitable for gravel biking and the gearing set up is also suitable for long distance commuting. The running of the chain is very smooth during the ride and during shifting.
The Polygon Path comes with mechanical disc brakes, both at front and at the back. This entry-level bike has exceptionally good performing brakes. The disc brakes are very efficient and ideal for heavy usage for all riding conditions.
The handlebar along with the fork angle makes the bike nimble. It stays planted on the road, even when you leave both hands [not recommended] and goes in a straight line.
The rims of the Polygon Path can fit a wide range of tyres. The Polygon Path gives a good grip and enough traction on wet, slippery and unpaved roads. The bike remains steady on patchy roads too. The saddle was comfortable.
This is a good all-rounder bike. The smooth gear shifting and upright geometry give it a cutting edge. Makes it an all-season bike. The bike offers a good bang for the buck. The Polygon Path is a bike that will not disappoint. Cost: ₹89,990.00
