We got the opportunity to test ride Vector 91 Xenon 27.5T and here is what we thought.

The Vector 91 Xenon 27.5T is a lightweight Hardtail MTB with a 21-Speed drivetrain which is built to handle rough roads and moderate trails.
The Vector 91 Xenon 27.5T is built around a lightweight and strong Alloy Frame. The Alloy frame has a conventional frame geometry which was comfortable to ride. This frame was capable of taking in vibrations of the surface on rough trails and urban roads. This lightweight Alloy frame made it easier to accelerate and to ride on inclines.
The V91 Suspension Fork has sufficient travel to handle flat to moderate trails as well as rough urban roads.

The colour scheme stands out when one looks at this Bicycle for the first time. The dual shade Black and Neon Green frame is definitely a head turner. The decals and text in White and Black are very classy and the Paint Finish is a class apart. The Neon Green ‘91’ logo on the saddle and the Black Rims and Suspension Fork give this Bicycle and adds to the aesthetic appeal of this Mountain Bike.

The Vector 91 Xenon 27.5T comes with a 3x7-Speed Shimano Tourney drivetrain, with three gears in the front and seven in the back, giving you the capability to climb as well and go fast on urban roads. These gears are just enough for moderate level climbs and quick shifts on trails. The Shimano trigger shifters were smooth with no evident lag while shifting between gears.

This Hardtail MTB’s stopping power is handled by a pair of Trioblade branded Mechanical Disc brakes at the front and rear. These brakes were powerful, safe and balanced on rough and smooth roads. Both interval and jamming of brakes felt in control when used during the test ride.
The riser handlebar on this Bicycle was both comfortable and wide enough to give the rider an open chested riding posture.

The Vector 91 Xenon rolls on a pair of Hi-Traction 27.5” x 2.10” MTB tires which are attached to Double Walled Alloy rims. The treading and size of the tires were ideal for moderate trail riding and on rough urban roads as well. The rolling resistance was fast and the tread pattern provided enough traction on wet roads as well.
The stock Saddle is well cushioned to give the rider a sore free and comfortable ride on the roughest of rides.
The tires are heavily treaded and made sure the Cycle would roll on wet and muddy surfaces safely.
This Hardtail MTB is built on an Alloy frame which has the perfect combination of strength and weight. The 21-Speed Shimano Tourney provided smooth gear shifting performance. The Mechanical Disc brakes along with the 27.5” x 2.10” tires made this Bicycle roll over the roughest of surfaces and stop quickly and in a balanced manner. Priced at Rs.29,999 (as on 7th July 2023) the Vector 91 Xenon 27.5T is an ideal choice for anyone looking to buy an MTB for mid-level trail rides and to tackle rough urban roads.
