The frame geometry is comfortable with a higher standover clearance and also has a higher ground clearance to roll over obstacles comfortably. The suspension fork on the Trans 26T was basic with a working travel of 65mm during the test ride. This was sufficient for riding on urban roads and slightly patchy surfaces. The suspension lockout was useful to make them rigid and thus ride faster on flatter patches.

The bicycle which I test rode came in a full black frame with forest green as the secondary colour with neat and stylish graphics. The adjoining top and bottom tubes not only make the frame stronger but also make it look sturdy and bulky. The matte finish paint job was of good quality. The white gear cables and black brake cables were a good contrast and enhanced the aesthetics of this bicycle.

The Hero Sprint Trans 26T comes in 3 colour variants; Black/Green, Black/Orange and Black/Yellow
The mechanical disc brakes at the front and rear were sufficient for precise and safe braking performance on dry and wet urban roads. The grips were comfortable on the palms.
