Perfect cycle for daily city rides and occational trail rides. This cycle weighs around 15-16 Kgs and does not feel heavy at all. The uphill climb is a breeze with the accurate Acera rear derailers. The Front derailer is a bit notchy from 2nd to 3rd gear. This is a value for money product and a must have if your height is above 5.6 feet. The Kenda tyres offer superior grip and inspire a lot of confidence in corners. Go for it guys.. You wont regret it.

Triad M7, according to me, is the jack of all trades. It's 100mm lockable suspension and a 8 speed Shimano cassette provides a versatile combination. Shimano Acera, the rear derailleur shifts much more smoothly than the Shimano Tourney front derailleur and is much easy to shift. As for 'ready to ride', my front derailleur was not shifting initially. But after watching some youtube videos and adjustments, it's working pretty fine. Also, the hydraulic disc brakes are good enough to stop the cycle in crucial times. And, compared to my older cycle, Hercules atom D360, it is way faster. So, anyone upgrading from a single gear to multi-gear can benefit from this cycle. But, for this price, it would have been better if there was internal cable routing and a stronger side stand. To fix the front derailleur, I had to put some of my weight on the stand for lack of Tools and instruments, but it broke on the first day :'-(. It seems like most of these type of side stands give away quality over looks. Apart from that, The quick release levers on the seat and on two axles are a huge plus point. Compared to other cycles of this range, to me, it was the best combination of components. There were initially no reviews on this cycle. But I took the risk and bought it and I believe I won't regret this risk in the future.

After a lot of studies, I have decided to go for triad m7 which meet my requirement on a low budget the Pros and Cons of the cycle are as follows:- Pros:- 1) Good built quality. 2) Hydraulic brakes are good enough to stop. 3) Acera derailleur at back smooth gear shift. 4) 100 mm lock-in suspension manages jumps well. 5) Kenda 29" tyres good enough for off-road. Cons:- 1) Poor packaging which causes transportation damage. I have faced twice in my order. (Its not bicycle cons but the seller fault) 2) Kamroz brakes, I didn't find it on the internet if a problem arises in the future you have to contact CMB for a spare. 3) Front shimano tourney derailleur, it's not a real con but it latches in front gear shifting and creates noise. 4) Free accesories are not up to mark they feel like a little bit of local made. The last advise cycle delivered is 99% rideable condition is not what they claim, but you need to be tuned the gear as they got little off due to transportation and don't believe in unboxing videos that are on site and internet, you will find normal packaging for your cycle. The 21 point check is none of use. The response of CMB team is quick and helpful five stars for CMB team. The response of Triad support team is too late one star for Triad team.

I had a fantastic and seamless experience of cycle delivery and it was delivered in an amazing turn around time of 2 days, since I live in Chennai, the cycle was promptly shipped in a safe and unharmed manner. The sales and support was brilliant. I purchased the NUZE S3 cycle. I got information from the cycle experts since I am a newbie. My overall experience was amazing and nothing like the other customers mentioned in this site.
Kudos to the CMB team and i will ask all my colleagues and friends to buy theirs here only.
Recently bought Road bike from CMB & I can say, I am one of the happiest customers of CMB.
My experience was really superb from booking to delivery to post-sales support.
As this was my first road bike and was unaware that pedals are not included with the cycle, which I came to know after booking. To my surprise CMB had included the pedals from their side “Fitted and ready to ride”.

CMB is a website which helps us to choose the right bicycle, had a hassle free experience while buying my Waltx Summit 27.5 from CMB, along with the cycle, was thrown in a host of goodies worth almost 4000, the buying experience was seamless and the cycle was delivered in just 6 days including a Sunday and this while there was a heavy downpour in Chennai, still the CMB Team showed ownership and updated and kept me informed of all the checkpoints. On delivery I found out that a accessory was broken, CMB Team arranged a replacement within few hours of sending the mail to them with pictures and video of the broken item, shows volumes about a company and its staff of providing a perfect seamless solution and ensuring that the customer always stays happy.
I have now become a permanent client of CMB and all my future cycles and of my near and dear ones will be bought from ChoooseMyBicycle only.
With an informative and easily guiding portal, CMB comes across as the most user friendly platform for cycle riders. I bought Giant ATX 2021 in March End, however I have been engaged with the portal for cycling information for a couple of months ahead of my purchase decision. CMB has guided me systematically in my cycle purchase experience that has been quite satisfying even in the Covid 19 situation which adversely affected their services. Based on personal experience, I recommend CMB, for people who intend to make an informed purchase. Also, CMB should work upon direct integration with the OEMs to eliminate the teething issues, if any, arising in executing their transitional responsibility.
Got the delivery in 5days and as said 99% assembled only pedals need to fit and handle bar needs to tighten up.. and all this is in lockdown And the service team is very responsive.
Bought a Firefox road runner pro d from the website. Happy with the product. All major installations were done by their team. Only handle bar and pedal need to fit by me. At that time my pedal was not fit it into the crank arm. When I reported the issue they have sent me the original crank arm with support of Firefox at free of cost. They have best team to support client. Advise to buyers. They will only sent product after their quality check. But there will be a 1% chance of a mistake, so record a non stop video of unboxing of your bicycle . If any problem with the product.,Then you can prove it is their fault with the video footage. In my case I was unable to prove it is their mistake . So I have to accept that was my mistake but they really amazed me by giving the original part at free of cost
