: The Hero Sprint Pro Caliber 27.5 D is built on a strong hardtail Steel frame. The frame geometry is the perfect mix of comfort and aggressiveness. The slight slant in the top tube gives that extra bit of standover clearance which makes getting on and off the saddle easy and safe when riding amidst traffic on urban roads.The Suspension fork on the Caliber 27.5 D had just enough travel to get you through flat trails and rough urban roads. The brand claims a travel of 9mm but it worked up to 7mm during the test ride.

This hardtail Steel frame is comfortable to ride and comes in 1 single 17” frame size
: The Caliber 27.5 D is a Single-Speed bicycle. This simple drivetrain is easy to maintain and also pedals smoothly on city roads with minimal elevations. The 38T Steel crankset along with 18 teeth freewheel made sure the pedaling motion and acceleration was easy even from a stand still point. The pedals were wide and had a good grip pattern.

: The bicycle which I test rode came in a full Blue frame with White and Orange graphics. The matte finish paint job was top notch in quality and smooth. The text and logo design and font were bold with perfect placement to make it look bold and legible. The saddle, rims, suspension fork, handlebar and brake cables were all colour coded to the frame, which made the bicycle look aesthetic.

: The `Repute’ branded Mechanical Disc brakes at the front and rear was sufficient for precise and safe braking performance on dry and wet urban roads. During the test ride the braking was tested to its limits on fast turns and on flat muddy surfaces and it felt balanced and had a quick response time.The 68mm Steel flat handlebar on the Caliber 27.5 D was wide and gave an open chested riding posture which was perfect for keeping the bicycle in full control on fast flat trails and urban roads.

: The Hero Sprint Pro Caliber 27.5 D rolls on a pair of DSI 27.5” x 2.1” MTB tires along with Spur XCR Alloy double walled rims. The treading was bulky and evenly spaced out, giving superior traction on flat muddy surfaces. The stock racing PU Saddle was sporty in design with the perfect length and width to keep the rider comfortable and stable.

: This hardtail Urban MTB was comfortable to ride with an open chested lengthy handlebar. The single-speed drivetrain was easy to pedal and also to maintain. The matte finish paint job and graphics made the bicycle look aesthetic and premium. The DSI 27.5” tires were heavily treaded.
