Firefox 27.5 Tremor X SS Bicycle - Text Review

The Tremor X uses a 14-inch hardtail steel frame designed for durability and stability. Its 24-inch wheel size makes it suitable for younger and shorter riders. Firefox lists it for riders aged 10 years and above and 4'2" height and above. The MTB design gives the bicycle a sporty and rugged appearance. Water-transfer decals provide a non-removable finish on the frame.

The Tremor X uses a simple single-speed drivetrain for straightforward riding. Its 40T×152mm crank works with an 18T Sunrun steel freewheel. The FFX 98-link chain provides direct power transfer through the drivetrain. There are no shifters or derailleurs to operate or maintain. The setup is best suited to relatively flat roads, neighbourhood routes and recreational riding.

The 60mm suspension fork helps absorb bumps and vibrations from uneven surfaces. The wide 24×2.40-inch nylon tyres provide additional cushioning and riding stability. The wide and comfortable saddle offers better support during everyday rides. The 600mm handlebar with comfortable grips provides a secure riding position. Together, the suspension, tyres and saddle create a comfortable setup for recreational cycling.

The Tremor X uses JAK-7 disc brakes with 160mm rotors at the front and rear. The disc braking system provides reliable stopping control during everyday riding. Alloy-plastic two-finger brake levers provide direct braking operation. The 600mm handlebar offers controlled steering and a stable riding position. The alloy four-pin stem adds strength to the cockpit setup.

The 24-inch wheels provide a compact and manageable riding platform. The 24×2.40-inch MTB tyres provide strong grip and stability across varied surfaces.
