EMOTORAD 29 TREX PRO 7 SPEED E-CYCLE - Text Review

The T-Rex Pro uses a 6061 aluminium alloy frame, offering a great balance between weight and strength.

The 29″ wheel variant provides better rollover on rough patches, while the geometry leans toward a stable yet sporty posture. The integrated handlebar is the standout — a digital display, forward-facing lights (high/low beam), rear indicators, horn, and even a flashlight, all built into the bar.

The 250 W rear-hub motor paired with a 36 V, 13 Ah removable battery gives good pedal-assist power for both city commuting and light trail rides.

According to EMobility+ the T-Rex Pro delivers an assured range of up to ~70 km in PAS mode, and around 45 km on throttle, depending on conditions.

The front suspension with 100 mm travel smooths out bumps and uneven ground very well, especially when combined with the 29″ tyres.

The wide tyre profile also contributes to a more forgiving ride. The upright posture is relatively relaxed, making long rides or commutes less fatiguing. The integrated handlebar design also helps reduce clutter and keeps everything you need within reach.

Mechanical disc brakes on both wheels offer reliable stopping power, even under load or at higher speeds.

The motor cut-off feature ensures the motor disengages when you apply the brakes — crucial for safety. Steering is precise, and handling feels stable due to the combination of alloy frame + suspension + large wheels.

The wheels are built to handle the added torque of the motor and the roughness of mixed terrain. The saddle is functional, offering a decent amount of comfort without being too plush — in line with the bike’s sporty but practical intent.

It uses a 36 V lithium-ion battery (~0.47 kWh capacity) that’s removable and takes about 4.6 hours to charge from 0-80%.

This e-bike offers a claimed range of 30–35 km per charge in typical use.
