Chennai Metro Stations To Get Bicycle Parking Bays

In September we heard that certain major roads in Chennai were to get dedicated cycling lanes as part of a complete facelift. Earlier this month, A Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) official said that they were planning bicycle parking bays as part of some of their metro station layouts. Sure this might not be as exciting as the Bicycle Rental system that's being implemented in Bangalore now, but this Park and Ride system will hopefully help in getting people back on their bicycles again.åÊ
