    I purchased WaltX Trail 27.5T from them. I received it in the well-packed box, but they also charged for 21 Step quality check which I believe is a kinda gimmick. I found some minor issues in gear adjustments, if they check then why issues in gears? I had to pay 500rs to the local cycle repair shop to adjust it properly.
